Notification of Oxton Society Annual General Meeting
Dear Oxton Society Member
The Oxton Society’s AGM for the year 2023-2024 will be held at the Christ Church church hall in Oxton starting at 7.00pm on Thursday, 7th November 2024. (Please note the change from our usual venue)
A copy of the 2023/24 Annual Report, Agenda and supporting documents will be available at the meeting and are available here
The AGM will include a presentation from our History Group titled “Whatever happened to Jessie Gavin, an Oxton artist”
The meeting will start at 7pm, with a welcome drink available from 6.30pm when you can meet our Committee Members
We still need new committee members Please email info@theoxtonsociety.co.uk if you are interested in being nominated to join the Committee.
